OPEN WATER SWIMMING
Several club members also participate in Open Water Swimming, we can be found swimming in many of the Lochs in and around the Trossachs as well as the local Loch Thom. Some members take part in events throughout the year ranging from 1 mile to the full lengths of Lakes/Lochs. There are also winter cold water events. Examples of recent events are the cross Clyde swim, Great Scottish Swim, Length of Coniston Water in the Lake District and even winter swimming events in Latvia and Estonia!

There is an annual surfing weekend trip, depending on the waves this could be at Machrihanish or Berwick. This is a good fun weekend with the chance to try a different water sport other than swimming and socialise with the club.
